Week Two

The focus of the postpartum meals this week is to improve milk secretion and nourish the kidney.

  • N°. 5 Millet rice and No 6. purple rice porridge: This ingredient improves kidney strength and offers healing properties.

  • N° 10. Red dishes: Red dishes are great for the blood because they are rich in iron and they nourish the blood.

Other meals a new mom can eat this week include pig's feet and soybean soup, and Chestnut pork loin porridge.
